For a preorder, we store your email address, chosen hosting plan, selected first service period, optional server name, order date, acceptance of preorder terms, payment amount and Stripe payment/customer references. We use these to record your order, confirm payment, track refunds and email you when hosting opens. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. If you join the hosting waitlist, we keep your email address to write to you once, when hosting opens, and for nothing else.

The site counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses: which pages were seen, which site a visitor came from, and actions such as downloads, counted per day and never per person.

Messages sent through the contact form are kept so they can be answered. Feedback sent with /feedback in the game is kept with the player's Minecraft name, the mod's version and where in the world it was sent, so the problem can be found.

Donations are handled by Stripe. We keep the amount, the date and the email Stripe gives us, to answer questions and to cancel a monthly donation when asked.

A self-hosted server linked to the counsel service is known to us by a random identifier it makes for itself and by the mod's version; nothing else about it or its players is kept.

When language models are on, the game sends the few facts each question needs (what a player said, and the game state relevant to the answer) to the model provider through our gateway. It does not send account details.
