SOVEREIGNREALMSAlpha

Support

Sovereign Realms is in alpha, so things will break. When they do, tell us: every report gets read, and most get fixed in the next update.

Reporting a bug

Email support@sovereignrealmsmod.com or use the contact form with what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. These help most:

  • the mod's version (it's in the mod list, and in the jar's name)
  • logs/latest.log from your Minecraft folder (or the server's), and any file in crash-reports
  • a screenshot, and the coordinates (F3) if it's about a place

Hosted servers

Your server's page shows whether it is awake, asleep or starting, and its recent activity. You can wake it or put it to sleep, manage its whitelist, run console commands and restore backups there. My servers

For billing, use the Billing button on that page (Stripe's customer portal). For anything else, email us from the address you paid with and include the server's address.

Joining a server says the versions differ

Client and server must run the same version of the mod. Get the one the server runs from the download page; the game's message names it.

Counsel on your own server

Type /realm counsel link in the server console and enter the code it gives you at the link page. /realm counsel on its own says whether counsel is on, and why not if it isn't.
